My Health and Wellness Journey

Welcome to my blog! I have always wanted to have this sort of creative space to share my life adventures, from traveling the world, to trying to cook, and even discovering more about who I am as a person.

The last several years I have struggled with my foodlationship. I was a pescatarian for 4 years and in the early part of 2019 started to bring meat back into my life. Before that I had a hard time with being too strict with counting calories, like it was a game to keep them under a certain amount. Weight was a very scary thing for me to imagine adding onto the scale.

Recently I started a new part time job for when I am not on tour with Monster Jam. It has been hard for me to manage the hour car ride each way as well as, figuring out how to fuel my body properly so my energy level stays up. Half way through the day I have been getting a mad case of ‘the yawns’. I have been telling myself ‘I gotta do something about this’, I know there has to be a better way for me to stay focused and energetic all day.

My problem is I don’t really like breakfast all the time, or I am not hungry, or I simply would be late if I took the time to eat a warm bowl of delicious oatmeal and blueberries. Not to mention I have a lot of stomach problems that I won’t bore you with currently. The end result is I end up snacking most of the day on not random things, like fruit snacks, bits of a cliff bar here and there, crackers, and other oddities.

Today I am starting a new journey, managing my health on the go. Being proactive about making myself a priority! I decided to try some Arbonne products. I look forward to sharing how these products help me. I am pretty excited to get started, and I am most looking forward to seeing how the Digestion Plus helps my gastroparesis problems. I know it will be hard at times to change my habits, but hopefully it will result in feeling wonderful and lowering my cases of ‘the yawns’.

I want to know, do any of you struggle with eating or have a hard foodlationship? If so what do you do to try and help overcome it or stay healthy? Comment below!
