TOURING AUDIO VIDEO MANAGER, Since October 2013

  • Main point of contact for all technical aspects of each event.

  • Coordinating and advancing information to venues and outside vendors for the upcoming events to ensure all the necessary technical details are in place.

  • Assist Company Manager to stay in show budget.

  • Work in conjunction with promoters to execute market partnerships to ensure their deliverables are meet

  • Execute all performances: pre-show, National Anthem, opening ceremonies, sponsor activations, videos, music, lights, interactions between the promotor and fans, scoreboard and LED board graphics, host team and control room staff 

  • Coordinating with Mascot handlers when onsite. 

  • Managing show flow with the production stage manager.

  • Maintaining the run of show with the Host team. 

  • Act as the lighting designer to enhance the show when a venue is equipped.

  • Pre-festival conference calls with artists and producers to ensure the shows vision is properly executed onsite.

  • Coordinate with production manager to provide required manpower and schedule activities to achieve all department goals.

  • Administer daily calls for the production department, including department heads

  • Manage efficient work of production staff

  • Help to develop the load-in and strike plan

  • When necessary helping on a changeover.

TECHNICAL VENUE MANAGER September 2015 - October 2017

  • Main technical festival contact on assigned venue/show.

  • Works with the technical team, both supervised and unsupervised, to ensure shows needs are met.

  • Over see the load-in, build, rehearsals, performance and load-out for venue/show.

  • Board-op for assigned show.

  • Help all other venues with builds, load-ins, changeovers and load-outs.

  • Oversee and schedule the load-in, tech, performance, and strike of 10-12 shows in assigned venue.

  • Work with shows to determine and coordinate common technical elements for shared use

  • Maintain daily show flow, working with the Box Office Manager.

  • Opening and Closing the venue as the owner desires.
