PRODUCTION MANAGER, July 2021 - Present

  • Attend and facilitate all production related meetings via video or tele-conference. Take notes and distribute to appropriate production teams, create to-do lists, and follow up on tasks discussed in meetings.

  • Serve as communication hub for Production department, with Producing Director copied on correspondence.

  • Work with Producing Director and Production staff to determine specific needs of each production and venue: lighting, sound, staging, scenery, props, projections, and special needs.

  • Work with Producing Director to assist Producers with production/tech matters and provide clear information as needed, as well as ensure continued communication

  • Create and maintain comprehensive Festival Schedule.

  • Work with Supervisors to estimate building costs, get prices for rental equipment, and obtain bids when necessary.

  • In coordination with Production staff, purchase and schedule delivery of rental equipment, building materials, transportation and other necessary technical equipment.
